KADPOLY Admission List 2026/2027: ND and HND Guide

Check the KADPOLY admission list on Kaduna Polytechnic’s official admission checker. MySchoolGist reported the 2026/2027 HND list on 6 October 2026, and the school’s checker requests a JAMB or application number. However, that HND report does not confirm every ND offer or every later batch. Use your own programme and session when interpreting the result, then complete JAMB CAPS where your admission route requires it.

This guide explains the school checker, ND/HND differences, pending results, additional batches and the steps after a provisional offer.

What the KADPOLY admission list means

A provisional offer names a programme and sets conditions for registration. Therefore, check the qualification and study mode alongside the institution name. An HND offer and an ND offer are different records, even when they concern the same department.

The HND release report provides a reason for HND applicants to check now. It does not establish that all applicants succeeded. Also, the public checker does not display a complete session-wide decision until you supply your own identifier. This guide does not access an applicant’s private result.

Keep the application acknowledgement you received during registration. It helps you select the correct identifier and prove which route you applied for. If you completed more than one legitimate application, compare each result with its own slip rather than treating the numbers as interchangeable.

For wider context, our admission list guides explain school notices and personal status checks.

How to check the KADPOLY admission list on the school portal

Open the official Kaduna Polytechnic admission checker. The page labels the field JAMB/Application Number and provides a Check button.

Take the correct number from your JAMB record or school application acknowledgement.
Enter it carefully in the checker’s number field.
Select Check to retrieve the admission response.
Confirm your name and compare the programme, qualification, session and study mode with your application.
If an offer appears, save the result and read the school’s next instructions.
If no offer appears, check your details once and follow later official updates.

The school’s public guide tells applicants without an offer to check again. However, that instruction does not promise a future offer. It simply recognises that the checker may show a later update.

If you forget your account password, the page also provides a reset-account link. A password reset concerns account access; it does not change the admission decision. Likewise, avoid opening a new application account merely to repeat the status check.

ND admission and JAMB CAPS

An ND applicant using the JAMB route should compare the school result with the official JAMB eFacility portal. Our JAMB portal login guide can help with access.

Sign in to the JAMB profile used for the application.
Select Check Admission Status and choose the relevant examination year where requested.
Confirm the registration number and open Access my CAPS.
Read Admission Status, including the institution and course.
If an offer is available, follow JAMB’s current acceptance or rejection instructions.
Verify the response before obtaining the admission letter and continuing registration.

If CAPS shows a proposed transfer, read the new course carefully. Accepting a transfer proposal and accepting a final admission offer are separate actions. Check the programme requirements before deciding whether you want the alternative.

For a missing menu on a phone, request desktop view and reopen the admission section. If school and JAMB records disagree, preserve both results and ask for clarification. Do not decide that one system must be correct because it updated first.

HND admission: use the right record

For HND, the main checking route is the school’s admission service. The application number on your HND acknowledgement identifies that application. A fresh UTME profile alone cannot tell you whether the polytechnic accepted your HND application.

Next, read the HND offer’s conditions. Check any requirements for ND records, academic transcripts, industrial-training evidence and O’level documents. The programme’s current requirements take priority over a general document list.

If the school asks for a previous JAMB admission document, supply the relevant earlier record through the stated process. Do not assume that every HND applicant needs a new ND-style CAPS offer. Equally, do not ignore a document request because you already hold an ND certificate.

Applicants in other study modes should follow their own offer instructions. A full-time HND announcement does not automatically cover another programme. If the checker or notice leaves the mode unclear, ask the admissions office before generating a payment invoice.

KADPOLY admission list batches, merit lists and PDFs

The terms first batch, second batch, third batch and supplementary list refer to stages when the institution uses those labels. No fixed additional-batch timetable was verified in this review.

Read each notice’s academic session and programme. For example, the current HND release report should not become a claim that every 2026/2027 ND batch is out. Also, an old merit list cannot establish a new acceptance deadline.

If the school publishes a PDF, check its heading and official source before searching for your number. A similar name can belong to another applicant, so compare identifying details. Then confirm the result through the required school and JAMB processes.

A personal portal offer can be useful even when you cannot locate a public PDF. You should not buy a “complete list” from someone merely to establish your own status. Our school admission status guide explains further verification steps.

If your KADPOLY result is not yet an offer

Start with the simplest checks: correct number, correct session and correct programme. Next, confirm that you submitted the application and completed any required screening. Keep the acknowledgement and receipts available if support staff ask about the record.

For ND, check your O’level upload and any CAPS transfer proposal. For HND, review the qualification and training documents required by the department. These checks identify issues worth resolving; they do not prove the reason for your individual decision.

An Admission in Progress result remains unfinished. It does not provide a 90% probability or a guaranteed date. Likewise, Not Admitted should not become a promise that another batch will include your name. Continue monitoring the proper route while the exercise remains open.

If the portal cannot retrieve your application, record the exact message and contact the school through its official support channels. Avoid posting your password or complete personal documents in a public comment. Give support the information needed to locate the application through its authorised process.

After a KADPOLY admission offer

First, compare the offer with the programme you intend to study. Then complete the acceptance procedure and any required JAMB response. Save the school offer and applicable JAMB admission letter.

Next, prepare the school’s clearance documents. Keep readable copies and the originals requested for verification. HND applicants should check the specific instructions about prior qualifications and industrial training. Do not substitute an unrelated statement for a document the school expressly requires.

Use the authorised payment service to obtain the current invoice. Acceptance, tuition, application and accommodation fees have different purposes. A charge for an earlier session does not establish your present bill. This guide has not verified a universal 2026/2027 acceptance-fee amount.

After payment, confirm that the school record reflects it and retain the official receipt. Then complete clearance, course registration and any other onboarding steps. Check the current resumption notice before travelling. Admission alone does not guarantee a hostel place or complete all registration stages.

KADPOLY admission list FAQs

Is the KADPOLY admission list for 2026/2027 out?

MySchoolGist reported the HND list on 6 October 2026. The official school checker is the route for your personal result. The HND report does not confirm every ND batch.

Which number should I enter on the KADPOLY checker?

The field says JAMB/Application Number. Use the identifier that belongs to the application you want to check, and compare it with the acknowledgement before submitting.

Can HND applicants rely only on CAPS?

No. Use the school’s HND application record and offer instructions. Complete any additional JAMB-record requirements the institution specifically asks you to address.

Does a pending result guarantee another batch will admit me?

No. A pending or unfinished result contains no guaranteed outcome. Check your records and later official notices without relying on a fixed probability.

What comes after checking the KADPOLY admission list?

Confirm the offer, respond through the required route and follow the school’s acceptance, document-verification and registration steps. Use the current invoice and notice for amounts and deadlines.

Final check

Use the KADPOLY admission list checker with the correct identifier and programme. Confirm CAPS where applicable, then follow your own offer conditions. Current school instructions should guide payment, clearance and resumption.
