FULOKOJA Admission List 2026/2027: Status and How to Check

Check the FULOKOJA admission list for 2026/2027 through JAMB CAPS and the university’s applicant portal. The official timetable scheduled recommendations to JAMB for 5 October 2026. However, that date does not guarantee that an offer has appeared in every account. Your personal admission record remains the practical confirmation.

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

This guide covers the Federal University Lokoja checking routes, batch announcements, pending statuses and the steps that follow an offer. It also separates the university’s planned admissions timetable from a confirmed decision about your application.

FULOKOJA Admission List 2026/2027: Current Position

The university has published a timetable for the exercise and approved programme-specific cut-off marks. These announcements confirm stages of the admission process. They do not, by themselves, establish that every successful candidate or every batch has appeared on CAPS.

The approved timetable gives the following dates. Treat them as the published schedule, and check for a later university notice before making travel or payment arrangements.

StageScheduled date
Post-UTME screening closes13 September 2026
Committee considers admission recommendations29 September 2026
Recommendations forwarded to JAMB through CAPS5 October 2026
Fresh-student registration portal opens26 October 2026
Fresh students resume2 November 2026

Sending recommendations and displaying a final offer are different steps. Therefore, use your own account to check the result. This update does not confirm separate first, second and third release announcements or promise a final date for every applicant.

What Is the FULOKOJA Admission List?

The list identifies applicants receiving provisional offers into the university’s programmes. A public announcement or PDF can help communicate decisions, while an individual portal record shows the outcome attached to a particular registration number.

Provisional admission still has conditions. The university may need to verify your qualifications and other records before completing registration. A screening result, application acknowledgement or payment receipt is not a substitute for an actual offer.

How to Check the FULOKOJA Admission List on JAMB CAPS

Use the JAMB account connected to your UTME or Direct Entry application. Keep your registered email address, password and correct registration number ready. CAPS means Central Admissions Processing System.

  1. Open the official JAMB e-Facility portal and sign in to your account.
  2. Find the admission-status service on the dashboard.
  3. Select your examination year and supply the registration number where requested.
  4. Open CAPS and review Admission Status.
  5. Read the institution, programme and decision displayed.
  6. If an offer is present, follow JAMB’s current instructions to respond.

Our JAMB portal login guide explains the account route. If the controls are difficult to view on a phone, try desktop view or a computer. A display issue does not determine your admission status.

Confirm that you are using the right application and examination year. Checking an older account simply because it opens will not establish the decision for your current record. Also distinguish an admission offer from a proposed transfer to another course.

Checking Your FULOKOJA Applicant Portal Record

The FULOKOJA Post-UTME portal provides a JAMB-registration-number field and a Check Eligibility control. Its application guideline includes checking admission, paying the acceptance fee when offered a place, and following the clearance instructions shown.

Use your valid JAMB number to access the record associated with your application. Then follow the admission instructions available within that record. The public eligibility page alone is not an announcement that you have secured admission.

The portal distinguishes biodata, screening, the printed screening result and admission. Consequently, completing one stage does not automatically confirm another. Save the relevant acknowledgements so you can describe an incomplete stage accurately when seeking help.

Compare the university’s decision with CAPS. Check the session, institution and course if the records disagree. Our school admission-status guide explains why both records matter.

If a login or eligibility error appears, note the exact message and verify your registration number. Seek help through the university’s published support channels. Do not create a second application or share your password merely to test whether an offer will appear.

FULOKOJA Screening and Admission Requirements to Review

The 2026/2027 notice required first-choice selection, screening participation and a minimum UTME score of 160 for screening eligibility. Direct Entry applicants needed a JAMB application. Candidates also needed to be at least 16 by 30 September 2026.

Applicants generally needed five relevant O’Level credits in no more than two sittings, with English Language compulsory. However, Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Law and Pharmaceutical Science required those relevant WAEC or NECO credits in one sitting.

The screening notice required O’Level results on JAMB’s system. It directed applicants to a JAMB office or accredited CBT centre for uploading them. Check the course-specific subjects and qualifications, rather than assuming that a general minimum covers every programme.

The university announced programme-specific cut-off approval in September. Thus, the 160 screening minimum does not establish the final selection threshold for your chosen course. Meeting a requirement also does not guarantee a place.

The published screening deadline was 13 September 2026. That date has passed. An accessible portal should not be treated as evidence of a new registration extension without a matching official notice.

FULOKOJA Merit, First, Second and Third Admission Batches

A first batch describes the order of release. A merit list describes a selection category. The two terms can overlap, but they do not automatically mean the same thing or establish how an individual applicant ranked.

Follow the wording in the university’s own announcement. A first-batch notice would not, by itself, confirm a second or third release. Likewise, a headline saying “all batches” does not establish that every entry route and programme has completed selection.

Applicants may receive decisions at different times during an active exercise. However, CAPS does not award places randomly, and a delay does not prove that another offer or supplementary batch will follow. Keep checking your record and relevant official updates.

What Your FULOKOJA Admission Status Means

Admitted

The record shows an offer for the institution and programme displayed. Read the course carefully before responding, especially if it differs from your initial choice. Then follow the current acceptance and registration conditions.

Admission in Progress

The decision is still being processed. This message can be encouraging, but it is not a final offer or a reliable percentage chance of admission. Wait for a definite outcome and review any outstanding requirement.

Not Admitted

The record currently shows no offer. During an active exercise, that message alone does not settle every later outcome. Equally, it does not promise that the result will change.

Start by checking your account, year and application details. Also review your uploaded results and any proposed course transfer before concluding that a processing delay is the only explanation.

Why Your Name May Be Missing from the FULOKOJA Admission List

A missing offer can reflect an incomplete record, an eligibility issue, ongoing assessment or an unsuccessful application. Investigate the points that apply to your own circumstances.

  • Confirm the session and registration number used for checking.
  • Review whether you completed the required screening stages.
  • Check your O’Level record and subject combination against the programme requirements.
  • Review any transfer proposal and the response it requires.
  • Check whether the university has issued a relevant update for your entry route.

Selection may depend on programme requirements and available places. Nevertheless, a low score, a filled quota or catchment considerations should not be described as the confirmed reason for your individual result without evidence. Repeatedly refreshing the page cannot correct a missing qualification or record.

How to Accept or Reject a FULOKOJA Offer

Review the institution and course before deciding. Use the acceptance or rejection method JAMB currently provides for your record, then confirm that the system shows your intended response. Keep the acknowledgement and the relevant admission documents.

A course-transfer proposal is a separate step from a final admission offer. Read the proposed programme before responding. Also avoid choosing rejection merely to test the controls, because it records a decision about your offer.

JAMB acceptance and the university’s acceptance payment have different purposes. A university receipt does not replace your response to an offer. Follow both sets of applicable instructions rather than assuming that one action completes everything.

What to Do After FULOKOJA Admission

Once you receive and accept the correct offer, follow the instructions associated with your university record. Check the sequence of clearance and payments before travelling or paying a charge.

  1. Obtain the relevant JAMB and university admission documents when available.
  2. Read the acceptance conditions and any confirmed deadline.
  3. Prepare the academic results and supporting documents requested for your entry route.
  4. Generate authorised invoices and retain payment receipts.
  5. Complete verification, clearance and student registration as instructed.
  6. Register your courses when eligible and seek departmental guidance.
  7. Check accommodation allocation and the current resumption arrangements separately.

The applicant portal directs admitted candidates to acceptance payment and clearance instructions. However, it does not establish a single charge for every student. Confirm the amount and purpose shown in your current invoice.

Screening, acceptance, school fees and hostel charges are different payments. Paying a screening fee does not secure admission, and a hostel receipt should be checked against an actual allocation. Avoid using another applicant’s invoice.

The approved timetable schedules fresh-student registration for 26 October and resumption for 2 November 2026. Check for revisions and any instructions specific to your programme before making arrangements.

FULOKOJA Admission List FAQs

Is 5 October a Guaranteed Date for My Offer?

No. It is the scheduled date for sending recommendations to JAMB. Your own CAPS and university records determine whether an offer is available.

Must I Find My Name in a Public PDF?

No. An individual offer can appear in your account. Check the session and programme rather than waiting exclusively for a forwarded PDF.

Can Direct Entry Applicants Use These Checking Routes?

Yes. Use the registration details linked to your Direct Entry application. The university’s screening notice covers both UTME and DE applicants.

Does a Screening Result Guarantee Admission?

No. The university explicitly separates successful screening from final admission. Its committee still applies the relevant admission conditions.

Conclusion

Check the FULOKOJA admission list through your own JAMB account and the university’s applicant portal. Read the session and programme, review any pending requirement, and act on an actual offer.

Our admission-list guides provide related checking information. Use the university’s latest notices to confirm registration and resumption arrangements after admission.
